Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ABP Distro. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address and order. Estimated delivery times for U.S. orders are typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. ABP Distro is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for more details.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
